One of the things that Saratoga Springs is most known for is its natural springs, and Spa State Park is the best place to go and visit them for yourself.
The springs here have been used by Native Americans as far back as (at least!) the 1600s and the waters are known for their restorative and healing properties.
You can explore the park and springs at your own pace, or you can take part in one of the many guided tours to learn more about the area.

There are lots of relaxing treatments for you to try at the Roosevelt Spa, and you will love every second that you spend there.
If you are a fan of performing arts and live shows, then you will absolutely love the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC). The whole building has such an incredible vibe to it and every show is absolutely magnificent.

It’s suitable for all ages as well, so it’s the perfect place to take your family if you want a fun and relaxing afternoon swimming. If you are lucky enough to get a quiet day there though, it’s even better!
